Also, not to have been prosecuted for: a) acts punishable by felony, b) violations of drug laws and protection of society from organized crime, for terrorist acts, for violations of provisions relating to fishing with explosives or toxic substances and for violations of no. 15 of L.2168 / 93 c) transactions provided in L.3500 / 2006.
