- Copies are usually accepted as valid for a period of 3 months.
- Public administrative bodies may also issue electronic copies, in cases where a copy of the criminal record is a legally required document for the completion of an administrative act under their jurisdiction. If for any reason the certificate cannot be issued electronically, the person concerned can arrange an appointment digitally on myKEPlive with a Citizen Service Centre (KEP) employee for assistance via videoconference.
