|process_description=H διαδικασία αφορά στην έγκριση συμμετοχής σε εξετάσεις με σκοπό την απόκτηση άδειας Εργοδηγού Μηχανικού Εγκαταστάσεων 3ης Ειδικότητας και αποτελεί το 1ο μέρος για την τελική έκδοση της άδειας Α Εργοδηγού Μηχανικού Εγκαταστάσεων 3ης Ειδικότητας. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, τα μέρη της διαδικασίας είναι: Έγκριση συμμετοχής σε εξετάσεις με σκοπό την απόκτηση άδειας Εργοδηγού Μηχανικού Εγκαταστάσεων 3ης Ειδικότητας (τελικό στάδιο αποτελεί η έκδοση Βεβαίωσης Υποβολής Δικαιολογητικών) και Έκδοση άδειας Εργοδηγού Μηχανικού Εγκαταστάσεων 3ης Ειδικότητας (τελικό στάδιο αποτελεί η έκδοση της σχετικής άδειας).

Η παραπάνω διαδικασία απευθύνεται σε Αρχιτεχνίτες Μηχανικούς Εγκαταστάσεων 3ης Ειδικότητας, Εργοδηγούς Μηχανικούς Εγκαταστάσεων 1ης, 2ης ή 4ης ειδικότητας, που πληρούν τις κατάλληλες προϋποθέσεις.

|process_sdg_notes=Έγκριση συμμετοχής σε εξετάσεις: Σε περίπτωση παρέλευσης άπρακτης της ανωτέρω προθεσμίας των 15 ημερών, θεωρείται ότι η αίτηση του ενδιαφερομένου έχει γίνει σιωπηρώς δεκτή, σύμφωνα με την παρ. 4 του άρθρου 14 του ν. 3844/2010 (ΦΕΚ 63/Α΄/3-5-2010). Ο ενδιαφερόμενος στην προαναφερόμενη περίπτωση της σιωπηρής έγκρισης μπορεί να ζητήσει τη σχετική βεβαίωση από την Εκδούσα Αρχή, σύμφωνα με την παρ. 4 του άρθρου 10 του ν. 3230/2004 (ΦΕΚ 44/Α΄/11.02.2004).

Σε περίπτωση που ο ενδιαφερόμενος είναι Εργοδηγός Μηχανικός Εγκαταστάσεων 1ης ή 2ης ή 4ης Ειδικότητας οφείλει να έχει αποκτήσει προϋπηρεσία 8 μήνες ως Αρχιτεχνίτης Μηχανικός Εγκαταστάσεων σε εγκαταστάσεις της 3ης Ειδικότητας.

Στην περίπτωση που ο ενδιαφερόμενος έχει παρακολουθήσει ειδικό πρόγραμμα επαγγελματικής κατάρτισης η αντίστοιχη προαπαιτούμενη προϋπηρεσία που απαιτείται δύναται να αντικατασταθεί έως και 25% της παρακολούθησης ενός ή περισσοτέρων ειδικών προγραμμάτων επαγγελματικής κατάρτισης, μετά την έκδοση βεβαίωσης αναγγελίας ή άδειας σε ισχύ.

Proof of previous work experience from the company where the applicant was employed, co-signed by the supervisor (holder of a Licence or an attestation of announcement), in which the details of the employer and the supervising Licencee or holder of the attestation of announcement - Licence number and issuing authority - the details of the person concerned, the duration of employment - exact time of employment in wages -, the specialty and the level to which the person concerned has been trained shall appear.

2. If the applicant worked as a self-employed:

Υπεύθυνη Δήλωση του Ν. 1599/1986 στην οποία δηλώνεται: α) η διάρκεια της αποκτηθείσας προϋπηρεσίας με αναφορά στην ειδικότητα και τη βαθμίδα απασχόλησης του ενδιαφερομένου, β) ότι απασχολούσε δια συμβάσεως έργου ή εργασίας επιβλέποντα αδειούχο ή πρόσωπο που έχει προς τούτο το δικαίωμα - με αναφορά στο ονομ/μο και τον αριθμό Βεβαίωσης Αναγγελίας ή άδειας του εποπτεύοντος, γ) ότι ο μέσο ετήσιος κύκλος εργασιών υπερβαίνει το 60% του μέσου ετήσιου ατομικού διαθέσιμου εισοδήματος (ΜΕΑΔΕ), όπως αυτό υπολογίζεται από την ΕΛ.ΣΤΑΤ. της περιόδου απόκτησης της προϋπηρεσίας και δ) ότι διαθέτει τα δικαιολογητικά που αναφέρονται στις παραγράφους 2.1. 2.2. και 2.3. του άρθρου 6 του π.δ. 115/2012.

Στην περίπτωση που ο ενδιαφερόμενος απασχολήθηκε από Δημόσιες Υπηρεσίες, Ν.Π.Δ.Δ. ή Ν.Π.Ι.Δ. και Ο.Τ.Α.: Απόφαση πρόσληψης από την οποία προκύπτει ότι ο ενδιαφερόμενος ή και ο εποπτεύων προσλήφθηκε ως τεχνίτης, αρχιτεχνίτης, εργοδηγός μηχανικός εγκαταστάσεων ή Απόφαση του αρμοδίου οργάνου περί αναθέσεως στον ενδιαφερόμενο των καθηκόντων του τεχνίτη, αρχιτεχνίτη ή εργοδηγού ή για την περίπτωση του τεχνίτη βεβαίωση αναγγελίας.

4. Στην περίπτωση που ο ενδιαφερόμενος έχει παρακολουθήσει ειδικό πρόγραμμα επαγγελματικής κατάρτισης: Πιστοποιητικό παρακολούθησης ειδικού προγράμματος επαγγελματικής κατάρτισης.

5. Στην περίπτωση που ο ενδιαφερόμενος απέκτησε προϋπηρεσία ως έφεδρος οπλίτης παρατεταμένης θητείας ή έφεδρος αξιωματικός κατά τη διάρκεια εκπλήρωσης των στρατιωτικών του υποχρεώσεων:

Βεβαίωση αρμόδιας στρατιωτικής αρχής, όπου αναγράφεται με την απαιτούμενη λεπτομέρεια το είδος της εκτελεσθείσας υπηρεσίας και η διάρκεια αυτής

Σε περίπτωση αδυναμίας προσκόμισης των ως άνω αναφερόμενων δικαιολογητικών, που μπορεί να προέρχεται από καταστροφή αρχείων ή καταστάσεων εργασίας αλλά και από άλλη αιτία γίνονται δεκτά ως αποδεικτικά στοιχεία: βιβλιάρια ενσήμων των δημοσίων οργανισμών κοινωνικής ασφαλίσεως, καθώς και κάθε άλλο δημόσιο έγγραφο, από το οποίο θα προκύπτει η απασχόληση του ενδιαφερόμενου σε θέση εργασίας με το ίδιο ή συναφές αντικείμενο και ο ενδιαφερόμενος πρέπει να αναφέρει στην αίτησή του τεκμηριωμένα για ποιους λόγους αδυνατεί να προσκομίσει τα απαραίτητα δικαιολογητικά.

Υποβάλλονται ένα ή περισσότερα δικαιολογητικά που καλύπτουν κατ’ ελάχιστον τον απαιτούμενο συνολικό χρόνο προϋπηρεσίας.

Description

The procedure is the first part for the final issuance of the Foreman of 3rd Specialty Installation Engineer Licence. More specifically, the parts of the process are:

1. Authorisation of participation in examinations for the purpose of obtaining a Licence of Foreman of 3rd Specialty Installation Engineer - the final stage is the issuance of a Certificate (Attestation) of Submission of Supporting Documents – and

2. Issuance of the Licence of Foreman of 3rd Specialty Installation Engineer - the final stage is the issuance of the relevant Licence.
