Technical
All building requirements and obligations of the current institutional framework for the establishment must be met:
- The total area of the gym / sports school:
(a) is equal to or greater than 100sqm, not including outdoor and semi-outdoor areas and ancillary areas (storage, lift, boiler room, etc.); and (b) has the necessary structural adequacy.
- The total usable area used by the trainees for training or learning a sport shall be equal to or greater than 70 m2 .
- The minimum height of each space shall be 2,6 m.
- The minimum usable area per trainee shall be 5 m2 .
- The building shall have at least 2 changing rooms with provision for the safety of personal belongings and a minimum area of 50 m2 per trainee.
- Exercise or training of the trainees shall not take place in underground areas which are classified as ancillary by the provisions of the General Building Regulation.
- The operation of the fitness centre does not produce sound emissions and does not cause nuisance to residents.
- There is a bathroom with at least 2 hot and cold water fountains for each changing room.
- There is a plumbing system for cleaning and draining the toilets and sanitary toilets. Natural or artificial ventilation Covering with durable tiles over the entire surface of the walls at least up to a height of 1,70 m.
- Durable and non-slip coating over the entire surface of the floors, Doors opening from the outside inwards. At least one washbasin per two toilets.

The Director of the Gymnasium or the School of Sport shall: (a) be responsible for drawing up the rules of procedure and for verifying compliance with all requirements set out in the Rules of Procedure and the relevant provisions and shall be required, and (b) be fully-worked and will not work in more than one gymnastics or sports schools.
