14 Building A building permit is required for the building where the institute to be approved for establishment and operation is to be housed, duly approved for connection to public utilities networks, or as specified in Article 107(6) (7) and (8) of Law No 4495/2017 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 167), and appropriate for use by educational establishment in accordance with the provisions of the building regulation, as well as an (active) fire protection certificate with use category designation ‘education’ from the relevant Fire Department.
