Solemn Declaration that they are not prosecuted as fugitives or as running away from trial, that they are not in a state nor have filed for bankruptcy, privative or auxiliary court wardship, that they have not been finally or irrevocably convicted of illicit trade in antiquities, robbery, intentional homicide, smuggling, possession, use or trading of drugs, exploitation of prostitutes and human trafficking, seduction, rape, coercion into indecency, theft, forgery, fraud, extortion, illegal fishing with the use of explosives or chemicals or vegetal materials, intentional wrecking of a ship, violation of the law on intermediaries, or that they have been finally or irrevocably convicted and five years have passed since for misdemeanours, or ten years for crimes, that they have announced the commencement of activities in the relevant Local Tax Office (DOY) and that they have the appropriate equipment and materials needed for the activities of a diving crew.
