Conditions for non-commission of criminal offenses
The applicant must not have been irrevocably convicted of the offences: imprisonment or imprisonment for antiquity, robbery, robbery, manslaughter with intent, smuggling, possession, use or trafficking of drugs, exploitation of prostitutes and human trafficking, seduction, rape, forced sexual intercourse, theft, forgery, fraud, embezzlement, illegal fishing with the use of explosives or chemical or plant substances, causing a shipwreck with intent, the law on intermediaries. In the case of a legal person, it is submitted in the name of the legal representative.
