Technical
Every floating facility shall be equipped with a General Inspection Protocol (PGE), valid for twenty-four (24) months, to be mandatorily renewed annually.
The PGE shall be accompanied by the supplement in accordance with the model of Annex II.

Administrative
The floating facility shall also keep a petroleum residue management book validated by the Port Authority and formatted according to the model in Annex III. This book shall be maintained by the master of the floating facility; it shall be kept in the floating facility for three years after the last entry and be available for inspection by the Port Authority.

The customs legislation has been observed.

Technical
Every floating facility shall have a contingency plan in case of an emergency to address pollution. The plan shall satisfy the Authority in the jurisdiction of which the facility operates. The plan shall include, inter alia, how to remove the ship or floating craft from its place of operation.

Every floating facility shall be equipped with the equipment for the protection of the marine environment and the addressing of incidents of pollution of the sea with oil that is defined by a decision of the Port Authority.

Every floating facility shall be staffed with the crew composition that is laid out in the provisions in force, by number and qualifications.

Description A team of inspectors of the PTHAP Office performs an on-site inspection at the seaside resort, to check whether the security measures have been taken and whether the necessary anti-pollution means are available.

Description A PTHAP official notifies the interested party to collect the Attestation from the relevant Port Authority in the PTHAP Office, via the channel that he/she had selected in the application. The Applicant collects the attestation.
