Requirements

  • 1 Possession of passwords to enter software The applicant shall have a TAXISnet username and password.

  • 2 Technical Every floating facility shall be equipped with a General Inspection Protocol (PGE), valid for twenty-four (24) months, to be mandatorily renewed annually. The PGE shall be accompanied by the supplement in accordance with the model of Annex II.

  • 3 Administrative The floating facility shall also keep a petroleum residue management book validated by the Port Authority and formatted according to the model in Annex III. This book shall be maintained by the master of the floating facility; it shall be kept in the floating facility for three years after the last entry and be available for inspection by the Port Authority.

  • 4 Tax The customs legislation has been observed.

  • 5 Technical Every floating facility shall have a contingency plan in case of an emergency to address pollution. The plan shall satisfy the Authority in the jurisdiction of which the facility operates. The plan shall include, inter alia, how to remove the ship or floating craft from its place of operation.

  • 6 Technical Every floating facility shall be equipped with the equipment for the protection of the marine environment and the addressing of incidents of pollution of the sea with oil that is defined by a decision of the Port Authority.

  • 7 Labour Every floating facility shall be staffed with the crew composition that is laid out in the provisions in force, by number and qualifications.
