Notes: Where the warehousing and distribution centre is to operate in an existing building, a solemn declaration by the competent engineer under the law stating that the building was constructed in accordance with the relevant building permit, including any regularisation or legalisation thereof, and the accompanying designs, that the building is still in good condition in terms of statics in view of its operation as a warehousing and distribution centre, as well as that no new building permit, regularisation or legalisation is required for its operation as a warehousing and distribution centre. The solemn declaration shall also indicate the numbers of the building permits issued for the building, as well as of the relevant regularisation and legalisation certificates, if any. The declaration must also state that: 1. the construction of the Warehousing and Distribution Centre and the buildings comprising it, as well as the electromechanical installations, including any special installations thereon, were constructed in accordance with the plans and technical reports accompanying them; the establishment approval, if any; 2. the building fulfils the static requirements for its use under the specific KAD, that there is no obligation to issue a new building permit for the operation of the SDC and the installation of the machinery for carrying out the activities of the SDC in a main use (not ancillary or common-use) area in accordance with the above technical description of the establishment, indicating the date of its stamping (supporting document 5).

Description Following the submission of the questionnaire, the interested party, either following the reply of the Competent Authority on the Questionnaire, or on its own responsibility, shall submit the supporting documents and dossiers (studies, drawings, etc.), to the Competent Authority and requesting the authorisation of an establishment by the Competent Authority (if required) or submit an Opening Communication.The Competent Authority shall, within seven (7) working days, submit the above questionnaire specifying the classification, nuance and supporting documents required by the Competent Authority referred to in Articles 3 and 7 of the Questionnaire (VEC B62/2018) to grant the authorisation and the functioning of the Centre for Storage and Distribution.
