Following the submission of the questionnaire, the interested party, either following the reply of the Competent Authority on the Questionnaire, or on its own responsibility, shall submit the supporting documents and dossiers (studies, drawings, etc.), to the Competent Authority and requesting the authorisation of an establishment by the Competent Authority (if required) or submit an Opening Communication.The Competent Authority shall, within seven (7) working days, submit the above questionnaire specifying the classification, nuance and supporting documents required by the Competent Authority referred to in Articles 3 and 7 of the Questionnaire (VEC B62/2018) to grant the authorisation and the functioning of the Centre for Storage and Distribution.
