(Technical Chamber of Greece) and to be in a judicial prohibition or perception and when she/he has been irrevocably convicted of a felony and for the time, she/he is serving her/his sentence. If the interested party (applicant) has not been convicted, she / he declares responsibly that she / he has not been brought to legal aid and has not been irrevocably convicted of a crime and is not serving a sentence.
