Existence of a building permit or construction permit issued by the relevant local authority or other competent authority:
For sites which have been conserved, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Law 3843/2010 (Government Gazette, Series I, Issue 62), a copy of the application confirming that the site conservation procedure has been completed shall be kept at the facility, in accordance with Article 6(5) of Law 3843/2010 (Government Gazette, Series I, Issue 62).
For constructions or uses that have been subjected to the provisions of Article 24 of Law 4014/2011 (Government Gazette, Series I, Issue 209) and the provisions of Law 4178/2013, the certificate of completion of the procedure, in accordance with Article 2 of Decision 41498/26.9.2011 of the Minister for Administrative Reform and e-Governance, the Minister for the Environment, Energy and Climate Change and the Minister for Justice, Transparency and Human Rights (Government Gazette, Series I, Issue 2167) or the certificate of payment of 30% of the total fine from the IT system of the Technical Chamber of Greece shall be kept at the facility.

(a) the competent Regional Tourism Service (PYT) for 1-3* hotels, camping sites and youth hostels or for 4-5* hotels and camping sites with a capacity of less than 300 beds
(b) the Special Authority for Promoting and Licensing of Tourism Investment Projects (EYPATE) for 4-5* hotels with a capacity of more than 300 beds and camping sites of more than 300 people.
Each notification submitted shall receive a unique electronic number through the system.

Τhe notification is automatically communicated to the competent Services through the OPS-ADE system, and they may perform the inspections provided for in the Law.
Notes
