If all the legal requirements are not fulfilled, or their existence is not evident from the submitted data, the aforementioned Service shall prohibit the operation of the business, informing the applicant in writing and stating the reasons.

              Notes Within twenty (20) calendar days from the date of issuance of the Certificate of Notifications Submission for the Commencement of Operations of the activity, the Services may request the applicant to provide additional information or clarifications on the documents already submitted, setting a deadline of five (5) calendar days.
