The competent department of the relevant Municipality notifies the change of the notification, within 5 working days, to the competent Fire Service, Sanitary Service, Construction Service, competent Ministry of the Interior and the Hellenic Police. From all the notifications sent to the above competent services, the Municipality must ensure that at least 30% per six months of the activities that submit a notification or change, in accordance with this, within its territorial jurisdiction, were checked.
