Concerns (a) Shops of sanitary interest (KYE), (b) theatres and cinemas. Does not concern: the stores of sanitary interest within tourist accommodation, within the facilities of special tourist infrastructures of par.1 of Law 4276/2014, shops of sanitary interest within land port area and shops of sanitary interest within seagoing ships.

The attestation is valid for five (5) months from its issuance. During this period the interested party should notify the establishment of the shop. The deadline of 15 days is valid except from cases where the property falls within Law 3028/2002. In this case extra time is needed.
