The declaration must also state that: 1. the construction of the Warehousing and Distribution Centre and the buildings comprising it, as well as the electromechanical installations, including any special installations thereon, were constructed in accordance with the plans and technical reports accompanying them; the establishment approval, if any; 2. the building fulfils the static requirements for its use under the specific KAD, that there is no obligation to issue a new building permit for the operation of the SDC and the installation of the machinery for carrying out the activities of the SDC in a main use (not ancillary or common-use) area in accordance with the above technical description of the establishment, indicating the date of its stamping (supporting document 5).
