        Within a period of three months following the announcement of the course of the profession, the Office may prohibit the exercise of the profession in the event that the legal conditions are not met, or are not supported by the evidence submitted. After the expiry of the above period it is presumed that the profession is exercised freely (No. 3919/2011-GB 32/A/2-23-2011).
