Tacit approval

Authorisation of establishment: if thirty (30) working days have elapsed without the licensing authority having approved or rejected the request, the interested party is deemed to have legally established the service station business without any additional restriction (implicit approval) and may request a relevant certificate from the licensing authority, in accordance with par. The licence holder may apply for a permit to operate a vehicle in accordance with Article 4 of Article 10 of Law 3230/2004 (Α΄ 44).

Operating licence: In the event that the thirty (30) working days period has elapsed without the Licensing Authority having approved or rejected the request, the interested party shall be deemed to be able to legally operate the service station business without any additional restriction (implicit approval) and may request a certificate from the Licensing Authority, pursuant to par. 4 of Article 10 of Law 3230/2004 (Α 44).

Amendment of the licence: If the period of fifteen (15) working days has elapsed without the Licensing Authority having approved or rejected the request, it shall be deemed that the requested modifications have been approved (implicit approval) and may request a certificate from the Licensing Authority, pursuant to par. 4 of Article 10 of Law 10. 3230/2004 (Α 44).

In particular, the locations of the characteristics of the CNG filling station or mixed CNG service station to be established should be noted, as well as all the safety distances referred to in Article 5 of dec.
