            • 4 Conditions for non-commission of criminal offenses In the case of an individual enterprise, the applicant must not have been irrevocably convicted of a. any misdemeanour prosecuted ex officio and committed with intent, for which a prison sentence of at least 2 years was imposed and b. any misdemeanour provided for by the provisions of Law 2168/93 and Law 3500/2006.
