            • 4 Technical The beauty parlour premises must include the following: • waiting room, • parlour, • implement cleaning and sterilisation area, • changing rooms with lockers, • bathroom with a bathtub or shower and toilet. The above spaces may also form part of a dwelling, provided the parlour premises are not used to serve the needs of the dwelling and are isolated from any dwelling, even via a locking door.

              Description The competent department of the Regional Unit concerned shall forward the notification within five working days to the competent Building Service, the competent Fire Department, the Directorate for Primary Health Care of the Ministry of Health and any other service which, in its view, should be made aware of the operation of the activity in order to carry out the statutory checks.
