|process_conditions_name=Η δραστηριότητα του Ενεργειακού Επιθεωρητή ασκείται από διπλωματούχους μηχανικούς, μέλη του Τεχνικού Επιμελητηρίου Ελλάδας και πτυχιούχους μηχανικούς τεχνολογικής εκπαίδευσης ή μηχανικούς που έχουν αποκτήσει αναγνώριση επαγγελματικών προσόντων στη χώρα μας, σε εφαρμογή της σχετικής εθνικής και ευρωπαϊκής νομοθεσίας, όπως κάθε φορά ισχύει και οι οποίοι έχουν δικαίωμα υπογραφής της Μελέτης Ενεργειακής Απόδοσης, όπως αυτή ορίζεται στην παρ. 25 του άρθρου 2 του Ν. 4122/2013, σε συνδυασμό με την παρ. 2 του άρθρου 12 του Κανονισμού Ενεργειακής Απόδοσης Κτιρίων (Β’ 407/2010) και σύμφωνα με τη σχετική κείμενη εθνική νομοθεσία περί επαγγελματικών δικαιωμάτων, όπως κάθε φορά ισχύει.

Οι Ενεργειακοί Επιθεωρητές που έχουν πιστοποιηθεί σε χώρες της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης, εντάσσονται στο αντίστοιχο Μητρώο Ενεργειακού Επιθεωρητή του άρθρου 54, σε εφαρμογή της σχετικής κείμενης εθνικής και ευρωπαϊκής νομοθεσίας (άρθρο 52, ν. 4409/2016).

        If the legal requirements are not met or if the information submitted does not show that they are met, the energy inspection departments of the Inspectorate of Northern and Southern Greece of the Ministry of the Environment and Energy shall inform the person concerned in writing that they prohibit them from carrying out the activity, giving the reasons for the decision. Otherwise, after the expiry of three (3) months, the person concerned shall carry out the activity freely, without further notice or action by the person concerned.

            • 2 Educational The activity of energy inspector is carried out by holders of degrees in engineering, members of the Technical Chamber of Greece and holders of technical education degrees or engineers who have gained recognition of professional qualifications in Greece, in implementation of the relevant national and EU law, as applicable, and who have the authority to sign the Energy Efficiency Study, as defined in Article 2(25) of Law 4122/2013 in conjunction with Article 12(2) of the Building Energy Efficiency Regulation (Government Gazette, Series II, No 407/2010) and in accordance with the applicable national legislation on professional rights, as applicable.
