3 . Να είναι Εφοδιασμένα με σύστημα αυτόματης ακινητοποίησης (Quick stop)

4 . Να πληρούν τις διατάξεις της νομοθεσίας CE (Υποβολή δηλώσεων συμμόρφωσης σκάφους και μηχανής)
 
−
5 . Να φέρουν στις αμφότερες πλευρές τους ενδείξεις «ΕΚΠΑΙΔΕΥΤΙΚΟ - Training Boat»
 
−
6 . Να είναι ασφαλισμένα ως εκπαιδευτικά σύμφωνα με τις ισχύουσες διατάξεις
 
−
Να μην έχει παρέλθει 15ετία από την αρχική εγγραφή τους στα ΒΕΜΣ. Αν έχει παρέλθει επιτρέπεται η δραστηριοποίησή τους με την προϋπόθεση υποβολής σε ετήσια βάση Βεβαίωση Εξουσιοδοτημένου Οργανισμού ή διπλωματούχου πτυχιούχου μηχανικού ή πτυχιούχου ναυπηγού, όπου προκύπτει ότι οι προωστικοί κινητήρες εξακολουθούν να πληρούν τις απαιτήσεις των ισχυουσών κανονισμών και διατάξεων και δραστηριοποιούνται με ικανοποιητική κατάσταση

If more years have passed, the boats may still be used, provided that every year an Attestation by an Authorized Body or a qualified engineer or qualified naval engineer is submitted, stating that propulsion engines still meet the requirements of the applicable regulations and provisions and are operating in a satisfactory condition.
