Mountain retreats shall be constructed in accordance with the permitted uses and conditions and construction limitations laid down for the area by the general and specific urban and building provisions.
For the existing mountain shelters that do not have a building permit, a declaratory act according to article 7 of Joint Ministerial Decision no. 9918/16.05.2023 (B΄3307) must have been issued.
