The decision rejecting the application may be contested by lodging an application for review or an administrative appeal in accordance with Article 24 of Law 2690/1999. The administrative authority to which the relevant request/appeal is submitted must notify the person concerned of its decision on the request/appeal within thirty 30 days at the latest.
