Conditions for non-commission of criminal offenses
In the case of a sole proprietorship, the applicant must not have been irrevocably convicted of (a) any misdemeanor prosecuted ex officio and committed with intent, for which a prison sentence of at least 2 years was imposed and (b) any misdemeanor provided for by the provisions of Law 2168/93 and Law 3500/2006. Also, the applicant must not have been prosecuted for (a) acts punishable as a felony, (b) violations of the laws on drugs and protection of society from organised crime, terrorist acts, violations of provisions concerning fishing with explosives or toxic substances and violations of Article 15 of Law 2168/93, (c) acts provided for in Law 3500/2006.
