A statement of notification by the natural person or legal representative of the renewal – extension of the Gymnasium or Sports School function and declare its compliance with the conditions set out in the AD 219/2006 (A'221) for the establishment and operation of a Gymnastic Gymnastics or Sports School.
Notes:
Submission of a Statement of Disclosure. It is noted that the submission of a Statement of Private Engineer and Responsible Statement of a Diplomatic Electrician is not required again.

To meet all the building conditions and obligations of the existing legal framework for the establishment: - The total gym/sport school space: - a) is an area of up to 100 sq.m., not including outdoor and semi-terrestrial spaces and auxiliaries (storages, lifts, boiler, etc.) and (b) has the necessary static adequacy. - The total useful area used by the residentials for training or learning sport is an area equal to or greater than 70 sq. - The minimum height of each area is 2.6 m. - Minimum area of useful area per trainee is 5 sq.m. - The total area of use of at least 2 rooms with provision for the safety of the personal objects and with a minimum surface area of at least 50 m. per cent.
The exercise of the trainees is not carried out in underground spaces which are characterized as auxiliary by the provisions of General Building Regulations (G.B.B.)
- The operation of the gym does not produce sound emissions and does not cause nuisance to the locals. - There is a bathroom with at least 2 sprinklers for hot and cold water for each locker room - Existence of hydraulic installation for cleaning and drainage of toilets as well as sanitary basins. Natural or artificial ventilation lining with durable tiles on the entire surface of the walls at least up to a height of 1.70 m. - Durable and non-slip coating on the entire surface of the floors, Doors that open from the outside to the inside. At least one sink per two toilets - Operation of 2 toilets (one for men and one for women) for the trainees for a capacity of up to 80 trainees and operation of an additional lavatory for every additional 40 trainees

The Director of the gym / sports school: a) is responsible for the elaboration of the internal regulations and for the control of the observance of all the specifications mentioned in the internal regulations, as well as in the existing provisions and is required b) is employed full time and will not works in more than one gym or sports school. In addition it is required: c) to hold a degree from the Department of Physical Education and Sports Science (TEFAA) of a Greek or equivalent foreign university. In case the diplomas have been obtained in educational institutions abroad, they have been recognized by SAEP or DOATAP d) to have at least three years experience in managing mass or individual learning or training programs e) not to have the capacity of civil servant, local government employee, or Legal Entity under Public Law employee f) has not been convicted or prosecuted by an irrevocable panel of a felony, theft, embezzlement, fraud, extortion, forgery, lawyer infidelity, bribery, repression, service infidelity, breach of duty, sexual intercourse, trafficking, possession and use of drugs, even if the offense is statute-barred g) has not been deprived of his political rights as a result of a conviction h) should not be Wards of Court (full or partial) or subsidiary support (full or partial) or a combination of the two, due to mental or emotional disorder i) not to have been convicted for the criminal and disciplinary offenses of drug stimulation according to articles 128 G and 128 I and 130 Law 2725/1999, as the three articles were added respectively, with articles 58.59 and 60 of law 3057/2002 (GG 239/A/2002)
