Confirmation of an area of primary use by a private engineer pursuant to Article 107 of Law 4495/2017, which states the precise location of the property, the total area of the main area after the annexes, the certificate of use of land by the relevant Building Service (HPT) and expressly confirms that the area is legally existing in relation to the construction and use as a housed car park, motorcycles and motorcycles and fulfils all the conditions for operating as a housed car park, motorcycles and motorcycles, in accordance with the applicable building and building regulations, the fire protection regulation, the existing general and specific urban provisions, as well as building specifications of the specific activity of legislation. This certificate shall be accompanied by: I) copies of all public documents relating to the building (building, renewal, renewal or updating of the landmarking area), 30 % of the specific landfill authorisation, and 30 % of the specific landfill size of the property.
