The procedure concerns the temporary and occasional provision of services for the chartering of motor boats and high speed vessels and is addressed to providers who have been licensed and permanently engaged in this occupation/activity in another EU Member State and wish to operate on Greek territory for a limited period of time.

If the person concerned fails to submit the correct supporting documents requested to him, he shall draw up a rejection document with clear and detailed reasons.
