The competent service of the relevant Municipality communicates the notification change, within 5 working days, to the competent Fire Service, Health Service, Building Service, competent service of the Ministry of Culture and Sports and the Hellenic Police.
From the total number of notifications sent to the above competent services, the Municipality must ensure that at least 30% per six-month period of the activities submitting a notification or change, in accordance with the present provisions and within its territorial jurisdiction, have been inspected.
In the cases of
(a) preparation and sale of all types of coffee to passing customers by bakery outlets and confectionery outlets of bakeries, bread outlets and coffee grinding shops, and
(b) sale of packaged food, the competent service of the relevant Municipality communicates the notification change, within 5 working days, only to the Health Service.
