            • 5 Administrative There shall be a valid written contract or agreement between the ship owner or operator of the tanker and the land reception facility or the floating separator, for the subsequent delivery of the oil residues to these facilities.

            • 6 Environmental The tankers shall be equipped according to the provisions of this Regulation concerning the protection of the marine environment and the addressing of incidents of sea pollution by oil, as defined by a decision of the Port Authority.
