            • 2 Administrative The tank truck shall possess a valid car registration licence. The licence shall state, if and in the way required by the provisions in force, the possibility of transporting oil residues.

            • 3 Technical The tank truck shall have a valid Tank Truck Technical Control Card and a certificate of suitability control of the tank (ADR ) in accordance with the provisions in force.

            • 4 Technical The hoses for the reception of oil residues: 1. Shall be suitable for the specific residues and comply with international standards. The suitability is proven by a certificate in accordance with the legislation in force. 2. Shall not be leaking. 3. They are annually checked with a hydraulic test. The testing pressure shall be one and a half times the operating pressure.

            • 5 Administrative There shall be a written contract or agreement between the responsible persons of the reception and the onshore reception facility or floating separator, for the subsequent delivery of the oil residues to these facilities.
