The tank truck shall have a valid Tank Truck Technical Control Card and a certificate of suitability control of the tank (ADR ) in accordance with the provisions in force.

The hoses for the reception of oil residues:
1. Shall be suitable for the specific residues and comply with international standards. The suitability is proven by a certificate in accordance with the legislation in force.
2. Shall not be leaking.
3. They are annually checked with a hydraulic test. The testing pressure shall be one and a half times the operating pressure.
