The application shall be made by e-mail address at the Civil Aviation Authority/Athens International Airport/Athens International Airport, Building 45 T.K. 190 19 Spata or electronics (via@hcaa.gov.gr) to the Aviation Authority/Athens Air Navigation and Airport Surveillance Authority/Department of Regulations and Supervision of Helicoptera, Maps and Obstacles. The application should include: full details of the person concerned, in order to ensure that the application is made by the legal person, the application should be submitted by the representative of the legal person and together with the legal person’s statute. The application should include a. the type and dimensions of the largest helicopter that will use the helicot, b. description of the space and its physical characteristics (early or above) in a residential area.

It shall include among others: the organisational structure of the organisation , the intended number of personnel, the elements of the firefighting officer, the elements of the senior staff of the helical, the way of replacement between the operational data of the helical, its physical characteristics, infrastructure and safety and operational equipment, the maximum length and category of the largest helicopter, the firefighting category, the emergency procedures, any time and environmental limitations and procedures relating to the handling, storage and supply of helicopter fuels on the helicometer, operational procedures, topographic diagram 1:500 by imaging each installation and equipment of the helical, the air traffic related to the helicopter.
