The facilities must have the necessary means, equipment and training to deal with pollution incidents in accordance with the decision of the Minister of Merchant Shipping No. 2421.3/01/02 (FEK 687/B/2002). 2424.4/2/2002 of the Directorate for the Protection of the Marine Environment of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, prior to the approval of the operation of the bathing facility, an initial inspection of the facility is carried out in order to ascertain that it meets the conditions and requirements of the legislation.
