Notes:
Legally operated motor-cycle, three-wheel and four-wheel motor-vehicle rental companies with no driver can establish branches throughout the Greek territory. For their legal function, a certificate is required, granted by the Ministry of Tourism, on request (Appeal - Responsibility for Statement under Article 8 of Law 1599/1986, see above) and to submit the documents provided for in Article 2(1), except for (b) and (c), as described in No 7350/2014, etc. (B 807).

Tacit approval
In the event of an uninterrupted expiry of the 15-day period from the date of the notification, the rental services of motorcycles, three-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles over 50 cm without drivers shall be given free of charge and the person concerned may request a certificate from the issuing authority in accordance with Article 10(4) of Law 3230/2004, which shall be automatically granted.
