Copy of a domestic or foreign university degree recognized as equal and equivalent by the Hellenic National Recognition and Information Centre (DOATAP) or Decision of the Council for the Recognition of Professional Qualifications (SAEP) or of the Council for the Recognition of Professional Equivalence (SAEITTE), validated by a Public Authority.
Regarding the teaching of Foreign Languages, in cases where the applicant’s qualifications do not coincide with the ones of those appointed in public education, a certificate of adequacy of qualifications for teaching a foreign language shall be submitted, too.

• He/she is not a public servant, an employee of a juridical person of public law (NPDD) or of a Local Government Authority (OTA) or else that he/she submits a licence for teaching in Tuition Centres or Foreign Language Centres or for home teaching, issued by the competent authority in accordance with paragraphs 1 and 2 of article 31 of Law 3528/2007 and paragraph 2 of article 38 of Law 3584/2007.

Extract of criminal record for judicial use (sought ex officio)
In the absence of such, for residents of other EU member-states, an equivalent document shall be submitted, issued by a competent judicial or adminis-trative authority of the country of origin or provenance, from which it may be deduced that the requirements are met.

Επισημαίνεται ότι με την παραπάνω αίτηση, ο ενδιαφερόμενο μπορεί να κάνει αναγγελία για μία από τις δύο ή και για τις δύο ιδιότητες.
