• Notification is submitted:
  • a) for the commencement of the operation of a Vocational Training School for Drivers of Vehicles Transporting Dangerous Goods (initial notification),
  • b) prior to the intended change of the data of the initial notification of operation (notification of change), c) in case of cessation of the activity at the place where it is carried out (notification of cessation).
• In the case of a change of operation, the notification shall be completed with the information that is changed. In the case of a change in the place where the activity is carried out, a new notification is required.
• In the case of a change involving a change in the operator of the activity, the old and the new operator shall each make a notification of the change within 10 working days of the change. The notification shall relate only to the information concerning the operator of the activity. With the exception of the document legal documents of legal persons, all other documents issued in the name of the old entity remain valid. In cases of cessation of activity, change of entity and change of any other element, except for the change of place of activity, no fee is required. The relevant supporting documents shall be kept at the premises of the SEKOOMEE.

Interested parties shall submit the initial notification/notification of change/notification of termination via the online system www.notifybusiness.gov.gr. Until this possibility is implemented, the notification shall be submitted in paper or electronic form to the Transport and Communications Department of the regional unit where the Vocational Training School for Drivers of Vehicles Transporting Dangerous Goods is located or to any KEP operating as a Point of Single Contact (EKE).

3 Professional For legal persons, public sector organisations and federations of public car owners associations buses or lorries, their purposes should include include vocational training.

4 Building Fulfillment of the following conditions for the school premises: a) the classrooms and sanitary facilities to be areas of main use, b) to be located on one or more floors of the same building, c) to have sufficient and direct natural and uniform artificial lighting and uniform artificial lighting, sufficient and direct natural ventilation and heating, d) to have at least one classroom and sanitary facilities, in accordance with applicable legislation. The minimum area (excluding the masonry) of each classroom must be 15 m2 . The capacity of each classroom shall be calculated on the basis of the ratio of 2 m2 per trainee; e) it must have a minimum total area of 60 m2, f) provide access to disabled persons, in accordance with the legislation in force, g) meet the passive fire protection requirements for the Vocational Training Schools for Drivers of Vehicles Transporting Dangerous Goods housed in buildings, which fall under the scope of the PD 41/2018 (A 80) or the PD 71/1988 (A 32), as well as the active fire protection requirements, in accordance with the legislation in force.

5 Conditions for non-commission of criminal offenses The Director of Studies of the School must not have been convicted for the offences referred to in paragraph 1(a) of Article 8 of the of the Civil Service Code (Law 3528/2007, A 26).

6 Educational The Director of Studies of the School must hold a valid certificate of Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor for road transport of all classes.

7 Administrative During the operation of the School the institution of the School shall activity is required to have collected all the the required supporting documents, which it does not submit with the notification but shall keep it on the premises of the establishment of Vocational Training Schools for Drivers of Vehicles Transporting Dangerous Goods, together with proof of submission of the notification and any changes thereto.

8 Administrative The Vocational Training Schools for Drivers of Vehicles Transporting Dangerous Goods must have appropriate supervisory teaching aids and practical training aids, which are a minimum: (a) a blackboard, (b) a projection system, (c) a computer with internet access, (d) a portable fire extinguisher for flammability categories A, B and C with a minimum capacity of 2 kg dry powder, (e) equipment in accordance with section 8.1.5 of the ADR Agreement; and (f) a first aid kit and CPR simulation equipment
