- - of the Higher School of Physiotherapists of the General Hospital of Athens "King Pavlos"
or
- - of the former Physiotherapy Schools K.A.T.E.E. and K.A.T.E.,

- - the physiotherapy departments of the schools of health sciences - welfare of the Technological Educational Institutions
or
- - equivalent foreign schools in accordance with applicable law
or
- - Graduates of the Schools or Departments of Physiotherapy of the A.E.I.

Within three (3) months from the announcement of practising the profession, the Service may prohibit its practice if the legal requirements for this are not met or if their fulfilment is not established from the submitted information.
Notes
In the event of a negative reply, the applicant has the right to submit an application for reconsideration or an administrative appeal pursuant to Article 24 of Law 2690/1999 (Government Gazette A 45). In particular, the interested party may request either from the administrative authority which issued the act its revocation or amendment (application for reconsideration), or from the authority supervising the one which issued the act its annulment (administrative appeal). The administrative authority to which the relevant application is submitted must notify the interested party of its decision on that application no later than within thirty (30) days, unless a different deadline is provided for by special provisions.
