Description The Administrative Police Section shall check the completeness of the supporting documents required which are attached to the application - formal declaration.
Notes In case the documents are assessed as incomplete, the Department of Administrative Policing draws up and signs a document with the deficiencies and the deadline for submission of the relevant documents and forwards it to the Head of the Directorate of Port Police for signature. The Head of the Directorate of Port Police shall sign the document and return it to the Administrative Police Department. The Administrative Police Section shall forward the digitally signed document to the applicant by e-mail. The applicant may request in writing an extension of up to sixty (60) days for two reasons: a) if the documents submitted require, according to the Department, further investigation or clarification and b) if one or more documents have not been submitted in time for reasons of force majeure. The Directorate of the Port Police shall receive, record and charge the applicants request for an extension to the Administrative Police Division. The person concerned shall send the documents requested or provide the necessary clarifications requested by e-mail to the Directorate of the Port Police. The secretariat of the Directorate of the Port Police shall register and charge the reply from the person concerned to the Administrative Police Department. The Department of Administrative Police shall re-examine all the supporting documents.
