In case no response has been provided before the above deadline, it is considered that the application of the interested party has been implicitly accepted (tacit approval) and the profession can be practiced (art. 3 of Law 3919/2011). The applicant, in the aforementioned case of tacit approval, may request a relevant certificate from the administrative authority responsible for issuing the act, in accordance with paragraph 4 of article 10 of 3230/2004 (Government Gazette 44/A/2004).

1 Educational The applicant must have a degree: - of the Higher School of Physiotherapists of the General Hospital of Athens "King Pavlos" or - of the former Physiotherapy Schools K.A.T.E.E. and K.A.T.E., or - the physiotherapy departments of the schools of health sciences - welfare of the Technological Educational Institutions or •- equivalent foreign schools in accordance with applicable law or - Graduates of the Schools or Departments of Physiotherapy of the A.E.I. In case the interested party is a citizen of an EU member state. and has acquired his professional qualifications in another Member State - either as a self-employed person or as an employee, his professional qualifications must have been recognized by the competent body of the country.
