Description

The procedure pertains to the enrollment of Legal Entities of any legal form, who have at least one Energy Inspector as member or partner or employee with an employment contract. The register of each legal entity is updated at the same time for each alteration concerning the Energy Inspector as a person. It is addressed to legal entities.

In the event of a change in the originally declared details of a person or a legal entity registered in the Energy Inspectors Registry, there is the obligation to report the change to the Energy Inspection Departments of the North and South Hellenic Inspection Bodies within a period of ten (10) days.
In particular, in the event of death, retirement or loss of the professional status of the Energy Inspector, the authority in charge of issuing the relevant certificate or decision is obliged report the incident in writing to the Energy Inspection Departments of the Inspection Bodies of Northern and Southern Greece, within a period of ten ( 10) days from the issuance of the certificate or the decision for the update of the Registry of Energy Inspectors.

Description An officer of the Energy Inspection Department logs in to the information system, selects the application under examination and checks the completeness and correctness of the submitted details. 4 Approval of application/Registration of the legal person in the Energy Inspectors Registry

Description When the supporting documents are complete and correct, an officer of the Energy Inspection Department selects the “Approve application” field in the information system and sends an email message to the interested party with the unique registry number received upon registration of the legal person in the Energy Inspectors Registry.

Description Where the submitted details show that the conditions for registration in the Energy Inspectors Registry are not met, the Energy Inspection Departments of the Northern and Southern Greece Inspectorates of the Ministry of Environment and Energy inform the interested party in writing, within fifty (50) days from the date of submission of the application, stating the specific reasons for non-registration. After rejection, a new application may be submitted by the representative of the legal person.
