            • 10 Insurance For construction workers, employment must be exclusively in the sector, and in the calendar year preceding the year of payment of the allowance they must have worked exclusively in construction for between ninety-five (95) and (210) days. The above days include the 20% increase and the corresponding days of leave. Essentially, this means that insured persons who work between seventy-three (73) and one hundred and sixty-three (163) actual working days are entitled to the benefit. In addition, applicants must not be contractors or subcontractors of construction work employing more than three (3) employees.
