            • 1 Administrative Each of the persons wishing to marry each other in any of the types of marriage defined in Article 1367 of the Civil Code shall address before the marriage is concluded to the mayor or the president of the community of his residence an application requesting that the licence provided for in Article 1368 of the Civil Code be granted to him/her.
