        Within three months of the announcement of the exercise of the profession, the Service may prohibit the exercise of the profession in the event that the legal conditions for the profession are not met or do not result in their assistance from the evidence submitted; after the expiry of the above period it is presumed that the profession is carried out freely (Article 3 of Law 3919/2011-A 32). In the abovementioned case of implied authorisation, the person concerned may request a certificate from the issuing authority in accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 10 of Law 3230/2004 (A44).
