        Other An appeal may be brought against this decision by anyone who has a legitimate interest in the Coordinator of the Decentralised Administration concerned within fifteen (15) days from the notification of the decision, in accordance with Articles 227 and 228 of Law 3852/2010 (A’87).

        If the period of fifteen (15) working days elapses without the licensee having approved or rejected the request, the requested changes shall be deemed to have been approved and the party concerned is legally operating its business without any additional restriction.               Description 1. In case it is found that the legal conditions are met, authorisation shall be granted for an indefinite period of time. 2. The issuing of the offices licence shall be notified to the applicant, the competent Department of the Ministry of the Environment and Energy, the local police department, the relevant Office, the local Public Economic Service and the competent Office, which shall be kept by the Registry of the General Secretariat of Information Systems Inputs/Exit Systems.               Description Where the period of fifteen (15) working days has elapsed without the licensing authority approving or rejecting the request, the person concerned shall be deemed to have operated the service undertaking legally without any additional restriction; in the case of the implicit authorisation referred to above, the person concerned may apply for a certificate from the licensing authority in accordance with Article 10(4) of Law 3230/2004 (A44).
