        Other An appeal may be brought against this decision by anyone who has a legitimate interest in the Coordinator of the Decentralised Administration concerned within fifteen (15) days from the notification of the decision, in accordance with Articles 227 and 228 of Law 3852/2010 (A’87).

        Rules concerning a lack of reply from the competent authority and the legal consequences for the use:

        If the period of fifteen (15) working days elapses without the licensee having approved or rejected the request, the requested changes shall be deemed to have been approved and the party concerned is legally operating its business without any additional restriction. In the case of implied approval, the person concerned may request a certificate from the licensee in accordance with Article 10(4) of Law 3230/2004 (A44) and the licensee shall transmit all supporting documents for verification to the Department of Fuel and Energy Services of the Technical Control and Service of the Directorate-General for Vehicles and Facilities of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport.

In exceptional cases, the authorisation may be granted for the establishment and operation of a liquid fuel or mixed or purely liquefied petroleum gas service station to Greek nationals from Russia, North Epirus, Turkey and Egypt, as well as to children born by these persons.             • 4 Administrative The authorisation of a service station or mixed gas service station may, at any time when it is established that the conditions under which it was granted have ceased to exist, be temporarily removed until the defects have been restored, or definitively, by a fully reasoned decision of the authority which granted it.

            • 5 Administrative The issue of the authorisation shall not replace any other authorisations and shall not exempt the holder of the authorisation from the obligation to issue authorisations or other administrative acts provided for in other provisions concerning equipment or parts thereof used in the service of fuel.

            • 6 Urban planning If there is evidence that the service station cannot be further operated either because, in the meantime, adverse traffic conditions have been created (such as magnification or diversification of road level, construction of node at short distances) or because of reasons which constitute an objective inability to operate (such as demolition, impairment of the ground area) or because of the reasons referred to in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article 185 of Law 4070/2012 (A 82), the licensing authority may prohibit the continuing operation of the service by means of a specific reasoned decision.
