            • 14 Conditions for non-commission of criminal offenses They provide guarantee for the fulfiment of the obligations of auction holders. Guarantee is provided by the applicant if he/she has not been irrevocably convicted for a felony or violation of legislation on the protection of cultural heritage or for forgery, bribery, theft, embezzlement or acceptance of proceeds of crime. The impediment applies for as long as there is a pending criminal prosecution. The application my be rejected is there has been a decision of suspension of the sentence imposed for one of the above acts or if the criminal prosecution for one of these acts was permanently terminated due to limitation period.
