            • 14 Conditions for non-commission of criminal offenses They provide guarantee for the fulfiment of the obligations of auction holders. Guarantee is provided by the applicant if he/she has not been irrevocably convicted for a felony or violation of legislation on the protection of cultural heritage or for forgery, bribery, theft, embezzlement or acceptance of proceeds of crime. The impediment applies for as long as there is a pending criminal prosecution.
