- Πιστοποιητικό Πυρασφάλειας της αρμόδιας Πυροσβεστικής Υπηρεσίας σύμφωνα με την κοινή υπουργική απόφαση Φ15/οικ.1589/104/2006 (Β’90) , εφόσον απαιτείται. Σε περίπτωση ύπαρξης εγκατάστασης πετρελαιοειδών (υγρών καυσίμων) ή υγραερίου για τις λειτουργικές ανάγκες των μονάδων ισχύουν οι διατάξεις της κοινής υπουργικής απόφασης της 28-6-1991 με στοιχεία ΦΕΚ 578Β’/1991 και της υπουργικής απόφασης Δ3/14858/1993 (Β’ 477) αντίστοιχα.

- Πιστοποιητικό ελέγχου σε ισχύ για τις δεξαμενές υγραερίου της μονάδας, σύμφωνα με την υπουργική απόφαση Δ3/14858/1993 (Β’ 477), άρθρο 3.3.13, εφόσον απαιτείται.

- Πιστοποιητικό παραλαβής και πιστοποιητικό ελέγχου σε ισχύ για τους ατμολέβητες της μονάδας, βάσει των άρθρων 5 και 9 της υπουργικής απόφασης 10735/651/2012 (Β’ 2656), εφόσον απαιτείται.

- Άδεια χρήσης νερού, στην περίπτωση χρήσης νερού από γεώτρηση για βιοτεχνική χρήση, εφόσον απαιτείται.

Τα παραπάνω παράβολα καταβάλλονται και σε κάθε περίπτωση χορήγησης έγκρισης εγκατάστασης, για επέκταση ή εκσυγχρονισμό υπολογιζόμενα επί της αξίας και της ισχύος του μηχανολογικού εξοπλισμού της επέκτασης ή του εκσυγχρονισμού.
