Requirements

  • 1 Technical In order to transfer the corpse, the deceased must be embalmed in accordance with scientific rules.

  • 2 Technical The deceased should be placed in a closed metal urn, the bottom of which should be covered with a 5 cm layer of absorbent material soaked with antiseptic and embalming substance.

  • 3 Technical In the case of death due to a contagious disease the corpse should be covered with a cover containing antiseptic liquid.

  • 4 Technical The metal urn should be enclosed in an airtight wooden coffin and placed in such a way that it cannot be moved.

  • 5 Administrative The sealing of the corpse takes place before the Consular Authorities by appointment.
