Start-up Disclosure titled: Notification of Operation (Article 167 of Law 44422/2016 (A 230) of a Maintenance or Repair Garage for Cars, Motorcycles, Mopeds, Normal and heavy vehicles.
Notes:
The notification of the opening of a maintenance or repair workshop for cars, motorcycles, motorcycles, mopeds is made according to the model of the annex of the No. 314766 (FEK B 5272/12.11.2021) ministerial decision. The same template also applies to the notification of any change in the original for the operation of the workshop, such as change of data, change of operator, change of place of activity, etc. The notification includes the necessary information on the activity carried out and is submitted by the operator of the activity, who is solely responsible for the information contained therein. No supporting documents shall be submitted with the notification.
The operator of the workshop must keep the required supporting documents, as per Article 4 of the prot. No. 314766/2021 (FEK 5272 B), along with the proof of submission of all notifications of the operation of the establishment, at the place where the activity is carried out.

The competent authority shall notify each notification without delay, and not later than five working days, to the relevant Office of the Firehouse, to the relevant Construction Service, to the competent Environment Agency of the relevant Region and the local Tax Office, where the intercity bus station is located.
